At Mintra, we want you to love your home; if your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in unassembled, like-new condition.

Initiate Your Request

Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return.

Prepare Your Package

Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts and include the printed return authorization slip inside.

Label and Ship

Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
